    Designed for comfort and functionality, the modular containers produced by FDC Containers can be completely customized: dimensions, compartments, finishes, installations and equipment.

    The solid frame made of 2 mm thick galvanized sheet metal, cold-formed, primed and painted anti-corrosively, together with the PIR foam sandwich walls and PVC joinery, ensure resistance and thermal comfort, and the container is made entirely in the factory.

    Office containers are available in a wide range of sizes, with lengths starting from 3 m and reaching up to 12 m, in widths of 2.4 m or 3 m and standard heights of 2.62 m (modular) and 2.70 m (monobloc). They can be customized with additional options such as a 3 m or 6 m display case, toilet, integrated sanitary unit or covered outdoor terrace. These facilities are incorporated directly into the modular structure, without major modifications, offering full functionality and increased comfort, both for temporary and permanent use.     Frequently asked questions about office containers

    Containers The office units are entirely manufactured in the Romanian factory, based on a solid frame made of 2 mm thick galvanized sheet, cold-formed and designed exclusively for container construction. The frame is primed and painted anti-corrosive for long-term protection. Each container also includes an integrated rainwater collection system, with drainage through the container posts.

    For an office container made by Containere FDC, you can choose the standard or premium insulation type, depending on the period of use and climatic conditions. The standard insulation consists of walls made of 40 mm thick PIR foam sandwich panels and mineral wool in the ceiling and floor. It is recommended for a container located in a region with a moderate climate, used temporarily or seasonally or intended for activities that do not require a high thermal level. The premium insulation consists of walls made of 60-80-100 mm thick PIR foam sandwich panels and double-layer mineral wool in the ceiling and floor. It is recommended for a container used permanently, including in regions with large temperature variations, and can provide a comfort comparable to or superior to traditional constructions.

    The equipment for an office container is established at the design stage, depending on the company's activity and the desired level of comfort. Optionally, you can choose air conditioning with dual inverter function for heating and cooling, convectors for heat or underfloor heating. After receiving the containers, the client can purchase and install additional equipment necessary for the activity, such as office furniture, IT equipment, household appliances, access systems or accessories for administrative spaces.

    Factory production for an office container takes between 6 and 8 weeks, depending on the configuration established during the design phase. Assembly can take from one day for a monoblock container to several days for multiple containers or a modular container assemblyThe containers are placed on concrete slabs or pillars, at least 10 cm from the ground, to allow proper air circulation under the container.

    For year-round comfort, an office container can be optionally equipped with dual-function inverter air conditioning for heating and cooling, convectors for heat or underfloor heating. The choice of system depends on the destination of the container, the period of use and the type of insulation chosen.
