Return Policy – FDC Containers

  • Custom-made products – customized modular containers

Most of the products sold by Containere FDC are customized modular containers, designed and built according to the technical and aesthetic specifications of each client. These products are made exclusively to order, based on a contract and a personalized offer.

According to the legislation in force - Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights in distance contracts, the return of personalized products is not accepted, as stipulated in: Art. 16, letter c - "The supply of products manufactured according to the specifications presented by the consumer or clearly personalized are exempt from the right of withdrawal."

Therefore, personalized containers cannot be returned and the legal right of withdrawal within 14 days does not apply.

  • Standard products (non-personalized)

In certain cases, Containere FDC may sell standard products, existing in stock, with pre-established specifications, which do not involve customization by the customer. In these situations, if the product is ordered by telephone or by other means of distance communication, the customer (natural person) benefits from the legal right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product.

Conditions for return:

  • The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered, without traces of use, damage or modifications.
  • Shipping costs for return to the factory from Bacau, Izvoare Street, No. 87 are borne by the customer.

To exercise the right of return, the customer must send a written request to the e-mail address contact@containere-fdc.ro, within the mentioned period.

  • Non-conforming products or products with manufacturing defects

For any product delivered to the customer's location/home, the customer will receive it and sign the receipt report according to the specifications in the contract.

Notification of any subsequent non-conformity must be made within a maximum of 48 hours of product delivery, by email to: contact@containere-fdc.ro.

Note: This return policy is valid exclusively for individual customers. For legal entities, the conditions are established contractually, depending on the nature and volume of the order.
